CANCELLATION POLICIES

If the customer decides to cancel their reservation, the deposit refund policy will be as follows:

If you cancel your reservation 30 days before the scheduled excursion or service, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation between 30 days and 7 days before the scheduled excursion or service, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
· After 7 days have passed before the excursion or contracted service, the deposit made will not be refunded and will be lost.
If, due to force majeure or weather conditions beyond our control, Naturacavall is forced to cancel the contracted excursion or service on the reserved day, the client will be given the option to change the date of the reserved excursion, service, or route to another one offered by Naturacavall without losing the deposit made.

In these cases, the new route, excursion, or service will be offered subject to availability in our calendar and program.

If there is a difference between the price of the first cancelled service and the one finally offered, the deposit will first be applied towards the final price of the service provided.
